My son and I struggled through many years of endless homework, which lasted until 11:00P.M. nightly. Last year my son was diagnosed with moderate to severe dyslexia. I always believed that he was very intelligent because I saw it in ways other than school work. We now have a name for his learning disability along with a solution for it. My daughter struggled in kindergarten and 1st grade. I kept asking her teachers at school if I should send her to a tutor and they all told me she just needed more repetition. At the end of second grade when she wasn't improving I took her to George and Starlayne Fox who gave her a Diagnostic Test for dyslexia. We found out that our daughter has dyslexia.
